The Team

Dennis is the principal and owner of Danaher Legal. Having grown up on a farm in Wunghnu (just near Numurkah) and being 1 of 7 children, he combines common sense with his country values of being authentic and providing clients with valued advice – both legally, commercially & otherwise. Having worked at national, large city firms and small firms Dennis wanted to provide legal services in a way many other lawyers were not. By focusing on the solutions that his clients need and using his thorough understanding of the law, he implements strategies that are simple, to the point and what his clients want.

Dennis regularly advises on Business Planning and Personal Estate Planning, general property matters and Business. His key area of practice is Estate Planning and Wills. In the last 12 months he has completed estate planning strategies and Wills for approx. 500 clients (including 1 client worth $600m) and Business Succession Strategies for approx. 50 clients. The value Dennis offers his clients sees him getting busier every day.

If Dennis is not in the office you will find him chasing around his boys – Fergus and Hugh (with his wife Heather) or otherwise out lunching, which is one of his favourite past times.
